Trees Adventure

Billed as “Perth’s ultimate tree ropes and zipline adventure”, Trees Adventures offers seven courses (ranging from a 2m ‘beginner’s’ course to a 10m ‘extreme heights’ course).

Participants weave their way through the stunning tuart stands of Yanchep National Park and each session runs for about two hours. Equipment is included and safety training takes place before you tackle wobbling wooden bridges, tight ropes, cargo nets and ziplines!

The course is open from Tuesdays to Sundays for most weeks of the year and 7 days a week during school holidays and long weekends. Find out more about fees and opening times at treesadventure.com.au/park/yanchep-park/.

Explore Yanchep National Park

You will have to pay a separate entry fee to Yanchep National Park to access Trees Adventure (on Ghost House Road, Yanchep) so why not spend the rest of the day exploring the park’s spectacular walking trails, limestone caves and heritage-listed buildings? Keep your eye out for western gray kangaroos and a wide range of birdlife enjoying the park’s wetlands!

Grab your torch and explore Crystal Cave

Have you seen the stalactites, stalagmites, helictites, flowstones, columns and shawls at the most well-known cave in the Yanchep National Park? Don’t worry if you can’t identify or pronounce any of these stunning natural wonders as entry includes a 45 minute, guided-tour.

You can tour Crystal Cave every day of the year, thanks to the cave’s constant temperature, but you will need to grab a ticket from the Mc Ness Visior Centre about 15 minutes before your tour time.

Yanchep Lagoon and Beach

Beach lovers travel from far and wide to enjoy the crystal clear waters and family-friendly atmosphere of the Yanchep Lagoon and Beach on Brazier Road. Grab a coffee at the local café or pack a picnic lunch. Don’t forget to bring your snorkel and fishing rod as the area is well known for these pursuits.

A day on the green

If you love a spot of golf and enjoy a stroll along a picturesque green, why not book in a round or two at the Yanchep Golf Club or Sun City Country Club? See their websites for fees and opening hours.
