With over 17 years of land sales experience at LWP, he can help you find your perfect block, answer any questions about the estate and assist you in signing your land sales contract.

Garth loves to visit the Lagoon to grab a coffee and take a dip in what he calls ‘the best swimming beach around’. A keen surfer outside of work, he uses his local knowledge to find the great waves on offer all year round at ‘the Spot’ just north of the Lagoon.

Once you've purchased your new block, Candice is busy working away behind the scenes to make sure it all goes smoothly. As your Contracts Administrator, she’s your point of contact from when you sign your land sales contract until you reach settlement on your chosen block of land.

A key member of your team throughout your buying journey, Candice is there to liaise with your builder and finance broker, and assist with relevant documentation, contract extensions, queries about land titles and more! On top of all that, she’ll even work with you to settle on your block within the contract terms.
