As I looked around, I couldn’t help but think that this would be the perfect place to build a home for my children and I. Although this is my second home it will be a first for myself and the kids. 

I looked into the area when I got home and came across Satterley’s site. It showed me the area plans, and wow, it is going to be amazing.  

The planned infrastructure includes a train station which will be completed 2022, the Mitchell Freeway will come closer to Yanchep. There are also plans of a TAFE, University, a Hospital and shopping. Who could ask for more??
